ELAINE
STINDT has studied at the MacPhail Music Center with Kathy Kienzle,
principal harpist of the Minnesota Orchestra.
She has been
performing with flutist, Kay Feige for over 18 years as the Brioso
Duetto, providing exquisite music for events throughout the Twin Cities
area. She has accompanied the Cantabile Singers, a sacred choral group,
the Northeast Orchestra along with the Woodbury Chorus and Orchestra.
Elaine provided harp music for a reception welcoming Garrison Keillor
back to Minnesota.
She has served as
secretary/editor for the Minnesota Chapter of the American Harp Society.
Besides supporting the music program in her home congregation, she also
plays her harp for patients and staff at two area hospitals.
Elaine was featured in
the Minneapolis Tribune newspaper for starting a musical instrument as
an adult. She has appeared with the North Suburban Community Band, the
Milwaukee Lutheran Choral and Woodwind Ensemble at the MLC New Ulm.
Elaine has been part
of several recordings along with her own "Christmastime", "From the
Heart", "Harp Praises", "Harpfully Yours", and "Nature's Concert" CDs.
